I was brought into the brand after the previous Marketing Manager exited a few months prior to my arrival. My main objective was to refresh the online brand identity, improve sales, as well as create engagement and build the subscriber base.
I started working directly with the founder to learn about the brand, the inspiration around the brand creation and how she envisioned the brand fitting into everyday life.
I started working on updating the brand voice and updating the aesthetic. Once I had that locked in, I started working with the designers and social teams to roll out the new plan. Within 3 months, we had a 127% increase in sales and a 47% increase in click through rate. I am currently working to continue building outreach and develop new products to bring in new customers and drive more revenue growth.
